Hanlon, Amherst (Junior, Forward - Fullerton, Calif.) Hanlon tallied the championship-clinching goal at 5:57 of overtime on Sunday, propelling the Jeffs to the 2010 NESCAC title over Trinity, 2-1. Hanlon finished the weekend with three points, netting an assist on Amherst’s first goal on Saturday before scoring the game-tying goal in an eventual 3-2 overtime victory over Bowdoin. |

Iwachiw, Trinity (Senior, Goaltender - New York, N.Y.) Iwachiw helped the Bantams reach the final of the NESCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Championship for the first time in program history on Sunday. She combined for 93 saves and a .969 save percentage with a 0.95 goals against average in over 189 minutes of work through two games. Iwachiw finished the conference tournament with 126 saves. |

Billings, Middlebury (Senior, Defender - Chevy Chase, Md.) Billings dished out four assists to lead her Panthers to an 8-1 quarterfinal victory over Hamilton in the 2010 NESCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Championship. Three of Billings’ four assists came during a six-goal second period for Middlebury, and she also recorded an assist on the game-winning goal. The four assists were the first of the season for Billings, as she heads into the weekend with five points overall (1-4-5). |

Ferriter, Williams (Senior, Forward - Winchester, Mass.) Ferriter had three of the Ephs’ six goals during a 2-0-0 weekend, scoring both game-winners. On Friday night against Colby, Ferriter had the first goal of the game in a 3-0 shutout of the Mules. She followed with two more tallies against Bowdoin on Saturday, breaking a 2-2 tie at 8:17 of the third for a 3-2 victory that secured the final home quarterfinal contest in the 2010 NESCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Championship for Williams. Ferriter leads the Ephs with 11 goals and is tied for the team mark for points with 19. |

Zukas, Amherst (Junior, Defender - Glen Head, N.Y.) Zukas had a goal and five assists for six points to help the Jeffs earn two wins at rival Williams and secure the top seed in the 2010 NESCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Championship. After scoring a goal and an assist Friday in a 6-3 win, Zukas had four assists on Saturday during an 8-0 victory. Zukas is second for Amherst in scoring with 23 points on five goals and 18 assists. |

Di Dia, Trinity (Sophomore, Defender - Studio City, Calif.) Di Dia recorded five assists during a road sweep in Maine, as the Bantams earned a 4-0 victory at Bowdoin and a 5-3 win at Colby. On Friday against the Polar Bears, Di Dia had two assists. She added three more on Saturday against the Mules, finishing the weekend by helping set up both game-winning goals. She also contributed to a defense that allowed only three goals. |

Lloyd, Amherst (First Year, Defender - Calgary, Alberta) Lloyd moved from the blue line to forward this past week and continued her impressive scoring pace, tallying two goals and two assists during a 3-0-0 week for the Lord Jeffs. On Tuesday at St. Anselm, Lloyd assisted on the game-winner in a 1-0 victory. She followed on Saturday against Bowdoin with an unassisted goal to tie the contest at two midway through the second, as Amherst recovered from a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2. Lloyd capped the week with a goal and an assist in a 5-1 win over the Polar Bears on Saturday. She leads Amherst in points with 19 (3-16-19). |

Perry, Williams (First Year, Forward - Mohegan Lake, N.Y.) Perry tallied four of the Ephs’ eight goals during a 3-0-0 week, as she was credited with the game-winning goal in all three games. On Tuesday against Castleton, Perry had two goals during a 3-1 victory at Castleton. She followed over the weekend with single scores against Wesleyan (2-0) and Trinity (3-2). Perry is currently tied for the team lead in goals with six. |

Hanlon closed out the week with an assist on the Jeffs’ third goal in a 3-3 draw with the Continentals on Saturday. Hanlon leads Amherst in scoring with 14 points on 10 goals and four assists. |

Hazlett, Hamilton (First Year, Goaltender - Grosse Pointe Park, Mich.) Hazlett had a .963 save percentage and a 1.34 goals against average, making 104 saves in a 1-2-0 week for the Continentals. On Tuesday at Rochester Inst. of Technology, Hazlett recorded 49 saves in a 1-0 setback. She added 20 more saves on Friday in a 3-1 victory at Colby. Hazlett closed out the week by turning aside 35 shots in a 2-0 loss at Bowdoin on Saturday. Hazlett is third in the NESCAC with a .949 save percentage. |

Allen, Hamilton (Senior, Forward - Bright’s Grove, Ontario) Allen had three goals and assisted on another as the Continentals swept a home-and-home series against Cortland St. this past weekend. Friday evening, Allen tallied twice, including the game-winner with 3:25 left in the third. Saturday afternoon, Allen recorded the eventual game-winner along with an assist in a 4-3 victory. |

Weiss, Trinity (Junior, Forward - Potomac, Md.) Weiss played a big part in the Bantams’ 2-0 weekend against Middlebury and Williams, recording a goal and two assists. On Friday, Weiss tallied the game-winner in overtime on a penalty shot to give Trinity a 2-1 win over Middlebury, the Bantams’ first victory over the Panthers in 21 tries. She followed on Saturday with two assists in a 5-1 decision against the Ephs. |

Iwachiw, Trinity (Senior, Goaltender - New York, N.Y.) Iwachiw posted back-to-back 3-0 shutouts to earn Tournament MVP honors at the Codfish Bowl this past weekend, the second time in her career that she has captured the most outstanding player award at the tournament. Against the Polar Bears on Saturday, Iwachiw made 24 stops in the win for the Bantams. She followed on Sunday with 19 stops in Trinity’s second 3-0 victory of the weekend. Iwachiw has not allowed a goal over the last 146:11. |

On Tuesday against Wesleyan, Weiss had the game’s first goal as part of a two-goal, one-assist performance in a 7-0 victory. She followed on Friday night by tallying the decisive goal with just 3.3 seconds remaining in regulation as the Bantams skated away with a 3-2 win over Neumann. Weiss has a team-high five goals along with one assist for six points in eight games. |

Lozzi, Bowdoin (Sophomore, Forward - Reading, Mass.) Lozzi had six points on four goals and two assists during a pair of road wins for the Polar Bears over the weekend. On Friday at Connecticut College, Lozzi scored the game’s first goal and assisted on the game-winner as part of a two-goal, two-assist performance in a 6-1 victory. The reigning NESCAC Rookie of the Year followed with two more tallies on Saturday at Hamilton, including the decisive goal in the third period for a 5-4 win. |

On Saturday at Colby, Taussig helped out on each of the first three tallies during a 4-0 win. She followed on Sunday with both goals in a 2-2 tie at Bowdoin. Taussig leads her squad with six points on two goals and four assists. |

Simmons, Colby (Sophomore, Forward - Chestnut Hill, Mass.) Simmons had both Colby goals in a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over New England College on Saturday. Simmon’s first goal came on the power play, just 1:30 after NEC opened the scoring in the second period. She potted the game-winner at 11:26 of the third period. |

Plunkett, Williams (Senior, Goaltender - Barrington, R.I.) Plunkett stopped all 65 shots she faced this past weekend, helping her Eph squad post a 2-0 win over Hamilton on Friday and a 5-0 victory against Connecticut College on Saturday. 36 of Plunkett’s 65 saves came in Saturday’s win over the Camels, as she turned aside 15 shots in the first period and another 17 in the third. For the weekend, 28 of her 65 saves occurred in the third period. |
