Williams Ties for 24th After Day Two at NCAA Golf Championship; Ephs Miss Cut
BRASELTON, Ga. - The Woodlands Course at the Elan Resort was not as kind to the Williams men's golf team on Wednesday as the Chateau Course was on Tuesday, as the Ephs finished tied for 24th place with Washington & Jefferson after day two at the 2008 NCAA Golf Championship. Williams missed the cut as the top 23 teams advance after the first two days of the tournament.

Williams Wins 2008 Golf Championship
KENSINGTON, Conn. - First-year Drew Murray (Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.) and Jack Killea (Ridgefield, Conn.) each carded a score of 145 to lead Williams College to victory in the the 2008 NESCAC Golf Championship on Sunday afternoon at the Shuttle Meadow Country Club in Kensington, Conn. The Ephs had a two-day score of 590, 13 strokes ahead of second place Hamilton. The Continentals finished tied with the Panthers of Middlebury with a score of 603, however Hamilton had the tie-breaker advantage.

Golf Championship Heads to Trinity This Weekend
HADLEY, Mass. - Trinity College, the winner of the NESCAC Fall Qualifier, will look to earn its first conference title in program history this weekend when the Bantams host the 2008 NESCAC Golf Championship. The Bantams will be joined by Hamilton, Middlebury and Williams for the two-day, 36-hole event at the Shuttle Meadow Country Club in Kensington, Conn. The first group will tee off on Saturday, April 26, at 12:15 p.m. with the championship concluding on Sunday, April 27.
