Nicole Knapp earned four All-America awards and eight honorable mention All-America awards at the NCAA Championships during her career. Knapp helped Hamilton earn three straight top-20 finishes at the NCAA Championships from 2003 through 2005.

Knapp owns school records in the 100- and 200-yard butterfly, as well as the 100-, 200- and 400-yard individual medley. She helped the 400 medley relay set another school record and win a New England Small College Athletic Conference title in 2004.

Knapp earned a spot on the all-NESCAC Team in each of her four years and was a two-time NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team selection (2003 and 2005).
As a sophomore in 2003, Knapp finished 13th in individual point-scoring at the NCAA Championships.
