Trinity Wins 2008 NESCAC Baseball Championship
HARTFORD, Conn. – Sophomore CF Matt Sullivan (North Reading, Mass.) went 3-for-4 with two doubles, two runs scored, and an RBI to lead Trinity to an 11-8 win over visiting Amherst in game six of the 2008 NESCAC Baseball Championship. Trinity improves to a 37-0, extending the nation’s best-ever Division III baseball season start and earns its second NESCAC crown (2003) with a 3-0 record in the double-elimination tournament this weekend.

Williams Women, Trinity Men Claim 2008 NESCAC Rowing Titles
WORCESTER, Mass. - The Trinity men’s varsity eight crew finished first at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) National Invitational Regatta on Lake Quinsigamond Sunday afternoon, giving the Bantams their fourth consecutive NESCAC Men's Rowing crown. For the women's title, Williams won its third-straight NESCAC Women's Rowing Championship after finishing as the top NESCAC women's varsity eight at the event.

Baseball Championship Schedule Altered Due To Inclement Weather
HADLEY, Mass. - Due to inclement weather in and around Hartford, Conn., day one of the 2008 NESCAC Baseball Championship has been postponed and the tournament schedule has been adjusted. Game one featuring Amherst at Trinity will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, while game two, the Tufts-Williams contest at Wesleyan, will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Trinity Hosts Baseball Championship Beginning Friday
HADLEY, Mass. - Trinity College will look to earn its first NESCAC Baseball title since 2003 when the Bantams host the 2008 NESCAC Baseball Championship this weekend in Hartford, Conn. The three-day, double-elimination tournament begins Friday afternoon with Trinity taking on Amherst at 3:00 p.m. while Tufts will face defending champion Williams at Andrus Field on the campus of Wesleyan University beginning at 3:00 p.m. The 2008 NESCAC Baseball Championship concludes on Sunday, May 11 at 10:00 a.m.

Williams Wins 2008 Men's Lacrosse Championship
MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Williams jumped out to a 4-1 lead over Bowdoin and cruised to a 9-4 victory over the Polar Bears in the final of the 2008 NESCAC Men's Lacrosse Championship held at Middlebury College on Sunday afternoon. With the win, the 10-5 Ephs earn the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
