The head coach of the chair school shall serve as the coaches' chair. In the event the chair school does not sponsor that sport, the head coach from the next chair school in the executive committee schedule rotation that sponsors the sport shall serve as the chair.

The Athletic Director of the chair school serves as the administrative liaison for the certified athletic trainers. The chair school Head Athletic Trainer serves as the chair of the certified athletic trainers group for that year.
